Simple Supplement Finder Quiz
Answer 5 quick questions to see which supplement categories research has examined for your wellness interest. Educational only (not medical advice).
How this works
This quiz maps your wellness interest to supplement categories that peer-reviewed research has examined. We use curated goal-to-ingredient mappings based on what studies from NIH, PubMed, and PMC have investigated — not what is proven to work.
Your dietary preferences (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free) filter out categories that may not align with your diet. Your form preference (capsules, powder, etc.) prioritizes categories available in that form.
The quiz does not consider individual health conditions, medications, or interactions. It provides starting points for educational browsing only.

FAQs
What does this quiz do?
This quiz asks 5 simple questions about your wellness interest, dietary preferences, and form preferences. Based on your answers, it shows supplement categories that research has examined for that area — for educational browsing only.
Are the results individualized guidance?
No. The results are general educational suggestions about supplement categories that research has studied. They are not individualized health guidance. Individual needs vary — consult a healthcare provider for personalized guidance.
How are the suggestions determined?
We map wellness interests to supplement categories based on what peer-reviewed research has examined. Your dietary and form preferences help narrow the results. The underlying data comes from NIH, PubMed, and other trusted sources.
Why does my diet matter?
Some supplement categories may not align with certain diets (for example, fish-oil-based omega-3 for vegans, or collagen from animal sources). Your diet preference helps filter suggestions to show relevant options.
