Recorded prices

The usual price record comes from the CJ product feed. A card can also show a price observed on the retailer page, or a reviewed promotion. A captured promotion can stop showing after 36 hours. A reviewed manual price pair can remain after that. Not every price is an ordinary feed price. The retailers in the current catalog are listed on Retailers.

Sale percent

When both prices are finite, the listed regular price is greater than zero, and the sale price is strictly lower, the sale percent is (regular price − sale price) / regular price. Otherwise Zynava does not show a sale percent. The percent uses that retailer’s own listed regular price. It is not a gap against other stores. Shipping, tax, coupons, subscriptions, and membership prices are outside that math.

Comparing retailers

A separate comparison can order listings by the package price Zynava recorded. Lowest price can also use price per serving or price per labeled amount when the label states the numbers those calculations need. A lower package price can be a different form, count, or serving. Zynava does not call that the same product unless the page says how the match was made.

Order of results

On discounts, a larger sale percent comes first. Matching percents then follow retailer name, product name, and listing id. The homepage can rotate that order so neighboring cards are not all from one retailer. In search, choosing lowest price uses the presented price, then retailer name, product name, and listing id.

Commission is not a field in those sorts. A listing can still be missing because it is out of stock or its shopping link is not usable. Those checks are separate from the sort. Zynava does not claim that every business relationship is irrelevant to which products are included, how fresh a price is, or which link is usable.

When prices are refreshed

Daily price jobs are scheduled at 09:00, 09:10, 09:20, and 09:30 UTC, one retailer at a time. During daylight saving time that is 5:00–5:30 AM Eastern. During standard time it is 4:00–4:30 AM Eastern. A scheduled start does not mean every offer was updated that morning. A price without a fresh date is labeled as last reported pricing.

When the catalog cannot be read

If the published catalog cannot be read, the page says offers are temporarily unavailable. It does not substitute a private local copy.

What a price is not

Zynava does not claim that prices are complete, real-time, or the lowest price on the internet. Confirm the price, stock, shipping, tax, and terms at the retailer before you buy. This page does not say that a commission leaves the checkout price unchanged.
