Tips before you buy

Two bottles can share a name. One looks cheaper. That still does not tell you whether you are looking at the same kind of buy.

The label does. Start with the form, then the serving, then the container price. A proprietary blend is a separate check: one total for the mixture, not an amount for each ingredient.

Form

The form splits them

One bottle is a capsule. The other is a gummy. The front of each can still name the same ingredient.

They are different products. A Supplement Facts panel is the nutrition label on a dietary supplement. The form is printed there, with the amount in one serving.

Capsules, tablets, softgels, gummies, powders, and liquids stay distinct. Compare a capsule with a capsule. A lower container price is useful only after the forms match.

This page does not rank one form as better absorbed than another. A shopping link is not the label.

Serving

The serving is what those numbers mean

Every amount on that panel belongs to one serving. It does not automatically belong to the whole bottle.

Read more about serving

For a dietary supplement, one serving is the largest amount the label recommends at one time. If the label does not recommend an amount, one serving is one unit, such as one tablet or one capsule.

The count in the title is the container. If a bottle says 90 tablets and the serving is 2 tablets, the panel's numbers are for those 2 tablets. The bottle then holds 45 servings. That is label arithmetic. It is not a dose to take.

Zynava shows a serving size and a serving count only when the published label states them. Without that count, a cheaper bottle is only a cheaper container.

Container price

The price covers the container

The price on a listing is the price of that container. A lower price can be a smaller bottle, or a serving that uses more of the bottle at once.

When the label states how many servings are inside, you can see what one serving costs. When it does not, that figure stays unavailable. A sale ribbon is not a checked comparison price.

Blend

A blend hides the separate amounts

A proprietary blend lists one total for the mixture. It does not list how much of each ingredient is in that total.

Read more about blend

The FDA labeling guide says the Supplement Facts panel shows the blend's weight and lists its dietary ingredients in descending order by weight. The individual amount of each ingredient in the blend is not disclosed. A large total can still be mostly one ingredient.

Other Ingredients is a different list. It names fillers, binders, and flavors. It is not where the blend's separate amounts appear.

Zynava does not filter allergens, and it does not certify a product as allergen-free. Read the blend, the Other Ingredients list, and any allergen statement on the label.
